Counterfeit Education

Barbour clothing is now more in demand than ever. Unfortunately, the strong reputation and popularity of the Barbour brand has also caught the attention of those looking to profit from criminal activity, and as a result, counterfeit Barbour merchandise is now making its way to the market. At Barbour we're dedicated to fighting this problem. We're working with worldwide customs authorities and various law enforcement agencies to stop the shipment of counterfeit goods, preventing their sale and distribution.

We're also working hard to takedown any websites, sponsored links and online auctions that we believe are selling counterfeit Barbour products. You can check if a website is an authorised stockist using our search box. If you think you may have a counterfeit Barbour product, or if you see any suspicious looking Barbour merchandise, please let us know by filling in the form below. We really appreciate your help.

We will where appropriate take legal action to prevent counterfeiting of Barbour products and the misuse of our brand and designs.

Though we'd like to help victims of counterfeiting, we're not able to reimburse money used to purchase counterfeit products or assist with the resolution of disputes, including assistance with PayPal refunds. However, by locating counterfeiters and taking legal action against them, we're doing our part in eliminating future incidents of counterfeiting. If you have any questions you can email us at [email protected]
