- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, we ship to almost every country around the world.
- How much does shipping cost?
- Shipping prices are determined by the total cost of your order (we only really have one product so this is proportional to the size of the parcel we send out.) We have fixed prices for shipping regardless of where in the world you live. All of our prices are in UK pounds and are as follows:
£0.00 to £9.99 = £2.50 shipping
£10.00 to £24.99 = £3.00 shipping
£25.00 to £74.99 = £5.00 shipping
£75.00 to £149.99 = £6.00 shipping
£150.00 and upwards = £9.00 shipping
*Please note: Orders shipped outside of the U.K. may be subject to import duties imposed by the destination country.
- How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Delivery within the UK normally takes between 1 and 3 business days. International orders can take 1-4 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing.
- What shipping method do you use?
- All shipping is done by First Class Royal Mail.
- How secure is your shop?
- We use Paypal for all our transactions. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
- What forms of payment do you accept?
- You can either sign in and pay with your Paypal account or we gladly accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express etc.
- Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
- No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. As mentioned above all major credit cards are also excepted.
