I hereby consent and grant the perpetual, worldwide right to Turner Entertainment Networks International Limited ("TENIL") to use, exploit, publish, edit, telecast, cablecast, re-run, record, reproduce, license, print, distribute or otherwise exploit, in any manner and in any medium, whether now known or hereafter devised, still images and/or drawings ("Images"") created by my child as part of the online game application "Cartoon Network Total Drama Application" in whole or in part without any compensation whatsoever for the purpose of advertising TENIL, its channels and/or its services. TENIL will be under no obligation to publish or exploit the Images or any part thereof.
